If I purchase the design tool can I use it on multiple sites?
No, Each purchase provides a license that will be tied to the domain that you provide us when purchasing. Also, we offer reduce rates for multiple purchases.

Do you offer a demo version?
Yes, we have 30 day fully functional demo available. Fill out the from HERE.

Will the wePrint Design Studio work with my current hosting company?
We have a list of certified hosts where we have tested our tool. See the requirements section to determine if your host meets the requirments. If your host will not work with our tool, you can host the design studio on another site and link it to your main site.

Can I host the tool on one site and lease the tool to others?
No, Our standard one-domain license does not allow you to lease or rent the tool. Please contact sales,
for multi-site licensing options.

What is the underlying technology of the tool?
The wePrint Design Studio is base on Imagemagick and not on Flash. Go Here for more info.

Can I change the products and product images.
Yes, there is a editable file that contains a list of products so you can define your products and images.

Can I change the fonts in the fonts gallery?
Yes, there is an editable file that contains a list of fonts that can be changed. You can add your own fonts or remove an existing font.

Can I change the symbols in the symbol gallery?
Yes, there is an editable file that contains the symbol categories as well as a list of all the symbols in each category. You can add new categories or remove a category. Add symbols to a category or remove symbols from a category.

Can I add my own images to the image gallery?
Yes, There are two galleries. One for uploaded artwork and one for you to place your stock artwork.

What output does the tool provide for printing?
The wePrint Design Studio has a back-end printer admin section that allows you to create an image from the design (jpeg or png). You also have access to the raw design data in an XML file which you can then manually enter into Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or another graphics tool.
